People in under-developed countries often times are lacking proper health care due to various reasons such as discrimination, neglect, and/or an under-staffed health care system. It is for this reason that every year, Non-Profit Chiropractic Organization's (NPCO) goal is to provide chiropractic care to people who have found themselves caught in a health care crisis.

At the center of all humanitarian relief there is one single goal, saving lives. By working towards providing chiropractic health care to people living within the harsh confines of poverty, our goal is to have a positive effect on individuals' abilities to bring restoration to their communities and education to their people. Through the care we hope to provide, we are continually striving to help each person’s nervous system function at its optimum level, therefore allowing their own body’s healing ability to not only address current health problems, but also prevent them from having more. By providing chiropractic health care to the poor of the world, our goal is to help prevent sickness and disease, enable people to be in better physical health, and for the sick, deliver a special healing touch that can change a life forever. By helping to improve the health of individuals within each community, we hope to see people be able to work better jobs which allow them to provide food, shelter, money, and education for their families, all which contribute to a healthier community.

The success of our activities depends on our ability to work with the leaders of the communities in which we work and the relationships we build with others in working towards our goals. By working with with local pastors, teachers, leaders, and officials we hope to be able to maintain a healthy, stable existence within each community. In addition, we recognize the importance of working within the parameters of the customs and culture of each community in order to have the greatest contribution in making long lasting differences in the health of each community.

In addition to working towards providing chiropractic healthcare through non-profit clinics, NPCO will be implementing various chiropractic educational programs within the surrounding communities of each clinic. It is through these educational programs that we will able to build relationships with and teach people about chiropractic.
