RUNNER PROFILE: Dr.
Ryan D. Novak WHY IS THE BANK OF AMERICA CHICAGO MARATHON
A SPECIAL RACE FOR YOU?
The Bank of America Chicago
Marathon will be unlike any other sporting event I have participated
in. It will have a purpose; a purpose more deeply rooted then just
fulfilling my own personal goals and expectations. I believe the true
purpose is to inform and to educate people that there is another way
of health care; a health care system that helps people get healthy,
and keeps people healthy, without the use of drugs or surgeries. A
pure and true revolutionary health care system for all of humanity
that will empower villages, cities, societies, nations, and the world
to eradicate the needless suffering and their causations!
ARE YOU RUNNING FOR A CAUSE OR IN HONOR OF SOMEONE?
Aside from running for the purpose I just mentioned, I am also running in honor of all those who have needlessly suffered,
and those who are still suffering without knowing there is another way! I have personally seen close friends and family succumb
to our current health care system, which continually led them down a path of things getting worse and worse until infirmity and
ultimately, an untimely death. I want the world to know that there is another way and it does not have to be the way we are used to.
Things can and will get better, but in order to get something we never had or the health we never had, then we have to do something
we never did, and that's succumbing to the true health care system that gets people well without the use of drugs or surgeries!
HAVE YOU HAD TO OVERCOME ANY PERSONAL CHALLENGES IN YOUR TRAINING THAT WILL MAKE FINISHING AN EVEN GREATER SUCCESS?
The major challenge that I will have to overcome is the unexpected. Since I have not trained for a marathon before or any other long distance endurance events, I am sure I will have unexpected trials. These unexpected trials during my training and the marathon itself will continually remind me of the trials that the poor and oppressed go through daily in these poverty stricken villages around the world, of which NPCO is reaching out to.
DO YOU HAVE ANY INSPIRATIONAL STORIES TO SHARE?
My brothers' life was saved from 7 years of chronic asthma through Chiropractic Health Care. My grandmothers' life was
saved from 15 years of insidious, excruciating "head pains" through Chiropractic Health Care. My entire families' lives,
including myself, have been changed by the power of Chiropractic Health Care, and I see countless of others' lives changed
and saved daily in my Chicago land office. It is an honor and privilege to run with the vision of NPCO!
For all of you who are on the fence of indecisiveness, jump; jump on the side with the solid ground and fertile soil. You may have
never run a marathon before like myself, but this year we can. It is not going to be easy, but neither is changing the world. Lives
will be changed, lives will be saved, masses of people will be delivered from their needless suffering, and nations will be empowered
with a new, stable health care infrastructure. Why? Because, you and I made a decision, the decision to run with a vision and purpose
in the Chicago Marathon this year, this day!
America ranks number 37 on the World Health Organizations' list of healthiest nations, yet we rank number 1 on "health care" expenditures!
Obviously, drugs and surgeries are not the answer. We are bombarded daily by drug ads, drug ads on billboards, on television through
commercials, in our favorite magazines, in our schools…everywhere! There is way too much access to these pharmaceutical drugs in the USA,
which is not the case in other nations. Other nations cannot afford the expense of pharmaceutical drugs. No money to buy drugs equals no
money to advertise drugs. Because of this, these nations have accepted the Chiropractic Health Care system with wide open arms and as a
solution to needless suffering in their nation. I have personally seen the effects Chiropractic Health Care has had on villages, and how
hope has been brought to thousands of poor and oppressed children and their families.
